| | This complex is being built on a not-built terrain on the area of 2400 sq. m. and 2 detached habitations/apartment buildings are located along the periphery. The quarter is very quiet end tranquil. The beach strip is close, the main roads are easy accessible. The place is close to the old town of Nessebar, superb world architectural and cultural monument.
